Town of Stony Plain

Fairways

Fairways stage 5D - servicing of this stage consisting of 23 single family lots will proceed in the future.

Fairways stage 5E - 28 semi-detached lots expected to be serviced and available for sale in the near future.

Fairways North - located adjacent to the Fairways Golf Course. The development is still in the planning stage and is intended to provide a variety of residential housing options from single family homes, duplexes, townhouses and 4-storey walk-up condo’s in an architecturally controlled setting.

City of Edmonton

Edgemont

Located on the west side of the city, our Edgemont Lands will be developed for mixed use residential dwellings and commercial units. An area structure plan for Edgemont is in the planning stages.

North Carlton

Located in the North area and adjacent to 167th street, this area will accommodate single family development.  This development is in the planning stages.

St. Albert

Future Development

Located at the corner of Villeneuve Road and the future extension of Ray Gibbon Drive, a commercial mixed use project is currently being planned. Servicing the area for development is not expected to start for a few years
